Job Description:
We recently established the Finance Velocity Office, designed to
accelerate our path to building a world-class finance function.
This newly created function will shape our transformation strategy,
improve our business operations and enhance the impact we make as a
function. Why velocity? Velocity is about both speed and strategy,
focused on accelerating in a given direction. We will hone our
approach, think big and decide quickly, living our Leadership
Principles. This newly dedicated team will help us drive global
consistency and operate as one team to:
--- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or
at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g.
Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience
with a PhD in Finance, Management Consulting, Information
Technology or related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
--- At least 12 years of professional experience with 5-7 years of
relevant experience in a well-disciplined Finance team and
organization where processes are optimized and are integral to the
management of the business
--- MBA strongly preferred
--- Investment banking and management consulting strongly
preferred
--- Ability to manage, develop, and mentor an impactful team
--- Experience in Finance and/or Financial Planning & Analysis team
with a detailed understanding of financial accounting and
management reporting a plus
--- Proactive, strategic problem solver
--- Strong analytical and project management skills
--- Outstanding problem solving skills with the highly developed
ability to present information effectively to executive
management
--- Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality of
output
--- Excellent interpersonal and people leadership skills
--- Ability to work optimally with other functional areas and
understand the operational and cultural issues relevant to
achieving outstanding results
--- Customer focused with tenacity to resolve issues and
conflicts
--- High energy and passion required to partner with multiple
collaborators
--- Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with
excellent presentation skills, both verbally and written
--- Well-developed strategic, interpersonal, organizational, and

problems
--- Ability to coordinate and lead multiple data projects with
diverse cross-functional partners

evolving, and relationship orientedWork Hours: Varies upon the
needs of the department.Travel Requirements: This position requires
travel5-10% of the time.Mental/Physical Requirements: This position
will be performed in an office setting. The position will require
the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and
by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as

salary range for a new hire into this position is 176,900.00 to
230,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales
incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on
job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills,
experience, and location. In addition, this position may be
eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits
