Job Description:Purpose:The Operations team works closely with
other inter-department teams to provide key technology, data
analytics, regulatory reporting, program management, and
administrative support to enable the department to efficiently and
effectively carry out the Banks mission while ensuring corporate
and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment.This
integral and multifunctional positions main areas of focus are
supporting the team in the areas of: managing logistics with senior
management and external advisory stakeholders; financial,
regulatory, and program compliance and reporting; database
maintenance and business technology; program application intake,
processing, and review; customer service; and administrative
back-office functions.Primary Responsibilities:Manage
Relationships, Coordinate Logistics, and Provide Administrative
Support for the Affordable Housing Advisory Council (AHAC)Manage
meeting invitations, communications, and related event
logistics.Compile and distribute meeting materials.Administer AHAC
related policies, including travel expenses and potential conflicts
of interest.Support Community Investment Programs
AdministrationProvide cross functional, collaborative support and
assistance in the processing of the Banks various program
applications and requests.Review and evaluate program applications,
grant disbursement requests, and compliance audits especially with
the Banks Affordable Housing Program (AHP).Assist in administration
and maintenance of department database systems, including
identifying, testing, and resolving issues.Provide customer service
and technical assistance to Member banks, community organizations,
inter-departmental teams, and the general public.Support Other
Department Administrative FunctionsManage and coordinate Member
bank regulatory compliance with the Federal Housing Finance Agencys
Community Support Program and provide technical assistance to
members.Manage the inventory and tracking of internal documents,
files, and process controls compliance, such as with Sarbanes-Oxley
or corporate risk management requirements.Update Bank public
website content and intranet information.Assist in report and
document compilation for audit, financial, and regulatory
reporting.Perform ad hoc cross functional responsibilities in
support of the team and department such as assist with research,
planning, and implementation of special projects or data
analysis.Process expenses and vendor invoices, including assisting
in accounts reconciliation and budget tracking.Assist in managing
senior management committee logistics and communications.Maintain
and update department Salesforce contact information.Manage
department records, policies, and procedures.Perform department
operational and administrative tasks in support of the team and the
department.Skills/Knowledge:Bachelors Degree in Business
Administration, Finance, Community Development, or relevant field
related to job responsibilities required.Minimum two years'
experience in financial services, real estate development, or
nonprofit industries preferred. Familiarity with charitable giving,
affordable housing, or community development desired.Demonstrated
project management skills including the ability to take initiative
in a fast-paced work environment and work effectively to manage
multiple and sometimes competing deadlines, both independently and
as a member of a team.Demonstrated ability to effectively and
proactively communicate and collaborate with all levels of an
organization including external clients, internal management, and
team members.Attention to detail and ability to review and organize
documentation clearly and thoughtfully.Ability to operate PC-based
software (Excel, Outlook, Word) and learn custom database systems.
Understanding of business technology highly desired.Excellent
verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and
problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze, apply, interpret, and
communicate policies, procedures, and regulations
effectively.SALARY RANGE: $105K - $115KThe Federal Home Loan Bank
