This role requires a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with a focus on driving strategic financial planning and decision-making. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage annual budgets to ensure financial stability and alignment with organizational objectives. • Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring all financial records are accurate and compliant. • Lead the creation and execution of budget processes to optimize resource allocation. • Prepare detailed financial reports to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into company performance. • Monitor and forecast cash flow to maintain adequate liquidity and support operational needs. • Analyze sales forecasts and integrate them into overall financial planning. • Manage expense budgets to ensure cost-effective operations and adherence to financial goals. • Drive budgeting and forecasting initiatives to improve accuracy and predictability. • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering growth and collaboration. • Collaborate with senior executives to align financial strategies with business objectives.
