$$$$$. Immediate need for receptionist/administrative support within a professional environment. Must have professional demeanor and strong verbal communication skills. Will be greeting visitors, issuing badges, supporting the administrative staff, and other miscellaneous duties. Will also be responsible for distributing mail to various departments. Should have strong organizational skills as this person may be responsible for training incoming/outbound deliveries. Knowledge of UPS/Fed Ex on line is strong preferred. Will also be responsible for ordering lunches. Strong preference for someone who has experience ordering for large parties.
