Job Description Job Description Degree in Physical Therapy,
active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a
full-time Physical Therapist to support students in K-12 school and
home environments. The position is based in Brentwood, NY, and
offers a contract lasting the duration of the school year.
Responsibilities: Provide skilled physical therapy services to
students in both school and home settings Conduct assessments and
develop individualized treatment plans to meet students' unique
needs Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other
healthcare professionals to support student progress Monitor and
document student progress in compliance with school and healthcare
regulations Participate in team meetings and contribute to
developing supportive strategies for student success
Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist with current and valid
credentials Experience working with children and adolescents in
educational settings preferred Ability to deliver therapy services
in both school and home environments Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to collaborate effectively with students,
families, and school staff Knowledge of pediatric physical therapy
best practices and educational regulations Location: Brentwood, NY
This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to make a
meaningful impact on students physical development during the

this position ranges from $40.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may
