Responsibilities Technicians will be required to operate various
types of machinery and equipment used in the production process.
Technicians must be able to understand and follow work orders,
production drawings, and verbal instructions. Assemble components,
subassemblies, or finished products according to specifications and
instructions. Inspect products for defects, ensuring they meet
quality standards, and reporting any issues. Housekeeping, which
includes keeping their work area organized and free of hazards, as
well as following safety procedures. Communicate effectively with
other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow
and address any issues. Production environments can be fast-paced
and dynamic, so flexibility and adaptability are important.
Qualifications Experience in manufacturing or production settings
including pre-preg, wet lay up, and more. Proficiency with two-part
epoxy systems, including installation and removal of cured two-part
epoxy. Knowledge of hand and power tools, and oven curing. Strong
attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, good
communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. The
ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. High school
diploma, GED, or equivalent is required Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CNC Routers Ability to operate forklift Familiarity
