Overview: This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) focusing on the
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) during night shifts, delivering
essential care to newborns in need of intensive medical support.
Candidates must possess professional nursing credentials, relevant
certifications, physical endurance, and the ability to collaborate
effectively with other healthcare professionals to assess and

Full-Time, Night Shifts, 36 hours per week Location: Hospital on W
Memorial Rd Department: Neonatal ICU Currently, we are not
accepting applications for new graduate nurse positions.

Responsibilities: Employ the nursing process to deliver patient
care. Maintain accountability for the care provided to assigned
patients. Assess the effectiveness of care administered by other
caregivers. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate
patient care. Uphold patient rights and ensure confidentiality of
patient information. Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate
of an accredited professional nursing program. Licensure:
Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in
the state of employment, adhering to all state board of nursing
regulations. Physical Requirements: The role necessitates the
ability to regularly lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Prolonged
standing and walking are required during each shift, along with the
capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American
Heart Association or successful completion of the course within 30
days of hire. Additional unit-specific certifications may be
