Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Pediatrics OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/27/2026 - Duration: 9 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Travel Pediatric OR Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Oakland / Walnut Creek, CA Pay: $2,957/week Shift: Days | 4x10s (Variable starts: 6:45 AM, 8:45 AM, or 10:45 AM) Start Date: 01/27/2026 Contract Length: 9 weeks Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Operating Room RN for a travel assignment supporting a busy pediatric surgical services department. This role requires the ability to independently circulate complex pediatric cases across multiple specialties while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and sterile technique. Schedule & Unit Details: - Day shifts, 4x10-hour schedule - Variable start times - Pediatric surgical environment - Interdisciplinary perioperative team Requirements: - Active California RN license - AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications - Minimum 2 years of pediatric experience - Ability to independently circulate in at least 3 surgical specialties (General Surgery, Neuro, Ortho/Spine, ENT/Airway, GU, Plastics, Ophthalmology, or Cardiac) Preferred Qualifications: - CNOR certification - Scrub experience - Level I Trauma experience • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
