RCM Healthcare, a leader in healthcare staffing, is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team. This position involves working within various educational environments to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that improve the learning outcomes of children and adults with behavioral challenges. As a BCBA at RCM Healthcare, you will be a pivotal part of our mission to provide high-quality educational support, collaborating with school staff and caregivers to ensure comprehensive and effective interventions. Conduct behavioral assessments and formulate intervention plans. Implement behavior analytic interventions that significantly improve client outcomes. Train and supervise Behavior Technicians assigned to your cases. Collaborate with educational staff and families to align on intervention strategies and progress. Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with regulatory mandates. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to provide insights based on behavioral analysis. Continuously update intervention strategies based on client progress and new research findings. Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis Skill in developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans Ability to supervise and train staff Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) State licensure (if required)
