be considered. Deliver skilled nursing care in the Operating Room,
ensuring patient safety and coordinating multidisciplinary care
with professionalism and critical judgment. This contract role is
based in Redwood Valley, CA, supporting a community-focused acute
care medical center with a broad range of specialized services and
a compassionate approach to healthcare delivery. Location Overview:
Redwood Valley offers a charming small-town atmosphere rich in
arts, vineyards, and natural beauty, surrounded by scenic
landscapes and enjoying approximately 300 days of sunshine
annually. Conveniently located about two hours north of San
Francisco and 45 minutes from the Pacific Coast, it provides an
excellent balance of rural charm and accessibility to urban
amenities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver coordinated nursing care
for assigned patients, adhering to established standards and
nursing processes. Supervise and guide nursing staff while
integrating care with other healthcare disciplines. Conduct
comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care
plans, and evaluate patient progress. Promote a safe, healing, and
compassionate environment for patients and families. Provide
education to patients, families, and team members. Participate in
discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Delegate tasks
appropriately and manage healthcare team duties efficiently.
Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications &
Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure valid in the state
of practice (required) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
preferred Acute care facility experience preferred Basic Life
Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA-PALS) certifications required
Additional Requirements: Compliance with vaccination requirements
as a condition of employment, with applicable medical and religious
exemptions Participation in E-Verify as part of employment
