High-Volume Full-Service Restaurant San Leandro, CA We are a busy,
established full-service restaurant in San Leandro seeking an
experienced Fine Dining / High-Volume Floor Manager to join our
leadership team. This is a hands-on, guest-facing leadership role
in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. ? Key Responsibilities
75% floor management & guest interaction (running the door,
touching tables, leading by example, ensuring flawless service
execution) 25% administrative, staffing, scheduling, and
operational oversight Maintain an uncompromising focus on
hospitality, team morale, and the overall guest experience
Qualifications Minimum 15 years of hospitality experience At least
5 years in a management/supervisory role Proven fine-dining
background in high-volume settings Age range ideally mid-30s to
mid-40s 100% guest-service oriented with a warm, professional
presence on the floor Must live within a reasonable 30-minute
commute of San Leandro, CA Seeking a long-term professional home
(this is a career opportunity, not a stepping stone) Wine/sommelier
knowledge is NOT required (we will train), but is considered a
strong bonus. Compensation & Benefits Base salary $72,000 – $87,000
per year (DOE) 50% employer-paid medical coverage dental, vision,
and life insurance 3 weeks Paid Time Off annually Additional
benefits and expense reimbursements unlocked at 6 months and 1 year
of employment This is a full-time, salaried position with a regular
schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
