You will work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team environment, focusing on SharePoint administration, support, and development within the Information Technology Solutions Division (ITSD) as part of the LivIT Workforce Enablement Team.This role offers a hybrid schedule, combining in-person and remote work, with flexibility for remote days.This position can be filled at either level based on experience. Additional responsibilities are outlined below for the higher level.You will

• Manage a SharePoint online implementation, including monitoring, patching, support, and DevOps tasks.
• Collaborate with team members, consultants, and stakeholders to design and implement SharePoint and Copilot solutions.
• Engage in independent interactions across all organizational levels.
• Provide tier 3 support and troubleshooting for service requests and incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.Additional responsibilities at SES.3 level
  • Lead development efforts to enhance user experience and SharePoint services, focusing on Copilot.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met while leveraging team skills.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with team members.Qualifications
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • Extensive experience with SharePoint administration in complex environments or similar.
    • Experience developing custom solutions with SharePoint, Copilot, or comparable platforms.
    • Knowledge of data governance policies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and technical presentations.Additional qualifications at SES.3 level
      • Advanced knowledge in designing and architecting complex SharePoint systems.
      • Significant experience in software system design, deployment, and maintenance.
      • Deep understanding of data governance policies.Preferred Qualifications
        • Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer or similar certifications.
