company based in Santa Clara, CA has an immediate opening for a
detail-oriented Contracts Administrator! In this role, you will
oversee distributor contracts, provide support for CLM database
enhancements, and ensure smooth contract onboarding processes. This
position requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive
mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid position, requiring
on-site work Tuesday-Thursday and remote work is offered Mondays
and Fridays. The ideal candidate will have strong technology
skills, great attention to detail, and a legal background.
Responsibilities: • Manage distributor contracts by coordinating
execution, tracking updates, and overseeing related inquiries. •
Set up and maintain Salesforce accounts for distributors, ensuring
accurate data entry and system functionality. • Address distributor
contracting questions by liaising with internal teams to provide
timely and effective solutions. • Support the automation and
enhancement of Salesforce processes, including preparing and
uploading data. • Train team members on distributor procedures and
the new Salesforce functionalities to ensure seamless transitions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver high-quality
customer service related to contracts and onboarding. • Ensure
compliance with organizational policies and procedures while
managing contracts. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of
experience in the legal field, contract administration experience
is a plus but not required. • Proficiency in various technology;
prior use of Salesforce is a huge plus. • Strong communication
skills, including email correspondence and triaging inquiries. •
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to grasp processes
quickly. • Open to recent graduates with strong organizational and
problem-solving skills.
