Job Description:
Senior Strategic Go to Market (GTM) Specialist, role on the
Amazon Annapurna Labs ML team is responsible for driving growth
with Trainium and Neuron partners, ISVs and customers, . This
position focuses on understanding influential partners and
solutions that will expand the scope and abilities of Trianium and
develop strategies to on board them to AWS AI Chips. This position
focuses on understanding business needs, identifying relevant
partners or ISVs, and measuring adoption and growth potential to
guide investment decisions. This role will work closely with other
GTM specialists in our team, and across AWS to promote, attract and
drive Trainium and Inferentia user adoption. Key job
responsibilities The ideal candidate is a deep thinker who excels
in cross-functional teams and thrives in fast-paced environments.
They should be adept at identifying strategic opportunities,
influential ML libraries and frameworks, and establishing processes
to measure ongoing investments. Key attributes include strong
analytical and communication skills, excellent judgment, high
standards, and the ability to think strategically while maintaining
tactical focus. The successful candidate will be results-oriented
with a big-picture vision, capable of inspiring others and working
effectively across various business units, and customers They will
have technical depth in AI/ML and a background working with
academia and open source communities. As the ideal candidate, you
possess a business and technology background that enables you to
lead and drive engagements with AI customers, partners, ISVs and
open source communities. You have domain expertise in GenAI and are
able continuously learn new technical concepts and put them in
practice quickly. You have the technical depth to articulate the
benefits of our deep learning and GenAI-related services and
solutions to data scientists, and academics at all levels of the
stack. In addition, you have a good understanding of the GenAI
market trends, ecosystem, opportunities, and are passionate about
market development and evangelism. You will need to be adept at
interacting, communicating, and partnering with teams within AWS
(product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, and
professional services) and externally with customers and 3rd party
model providers. You will need to be adept at interacting,
communicating and partnering with other teams within AWS such as
services teams, field solutions architecture, sales, marketing, as
well as representing your team to executive management. You should
be passionate about helping companies/partners understand best
practices for operating on AWS. You will also look for patterns and
trends that can be broadly applied across an industry segment or a
set of customers that can help accelerate innovation. About the
team The Amazon Annapurna Labs team is responsible for building
innovation in silicon and software for our AWS customers. We are at
the forefront of innovation by combining cloud scale with the
world’s most talented engineers. Our team covers multiple
disciplines including silicon engineering, hardware design,
software and business development. Along with the AI Chips
Inferentia and Trainium, Annapurna Labs has delivered advancements
in Networking with AWS Nitro, Amazon’s first ARM based instances
with AWS Graviton and first FPGA instances in the cloud. -
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive
audiences - 7 years of working cross functionally across several
teams experience, or a MBA and 4 years of program or project
management experience - 9 years of business development, partner
development, sales or alliances management experience - Experience
in business development, account management, product management,
project management, financial analysis and/or marketing -
Experience with training and deploying machine learning systems to
solve large-scale optimizations, or experience driving
collaborative projects from conception to delivery - Experience
working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving
innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments -
Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration,
finance, engineering, human resources or related field, or a CPA
and experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and
business intelligence - Experience developing strategies that
influence leadership decisions at the organizational level -
Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with
strategic alliance partners with global footprint - Experience
interfacing with GenAI/ML and partners, with deep understanding of
GenAI market landscape, ecosystem, and ability to articulate
technology and value proposition. - Experience interpreting data
and making business recommendations - Experience identifying,

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
