Job Description:

Select Staffing is now hiring a Customer Service Agent for a well-known Logistics company in Burlingame, CA!

Pay: $25-30/hr.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00PM-9:00PM, be flexible for OT, weekend and holiday

Job Responsibilities:

-Communicate and coordinate with Customer, carriers, and affiliated business suppliers/partners to Maintain services toward customer's satisfactions and excellency                                     

-Utilize company‚Äôs system to perform customer services and operations duties                                             

-Handle quote enquires from Customers/Oversea Offices/Agents & reply customer inquiries and complaints                                               

-Execute other service requirements from customer, such as system maintenance or shipment report, etc.                                     

-Coordinate with internal departments and customers on shipment arrangements                                      

-Coordinate with sales/operations appointments with referral leads sourced from routing shipment, overseas offices, and existing customers                                     

-Cost control and maximize profit margins by working with manager and assist in negotiations with all business carriers and vendors                                         

-Develop and strengthen carrier relationships as well as maintain good relation with branch operations center & local co-ordinate at all times                                          

-Support Sales for business development, including attending necessary sales calls with Sales team & assist Sales in ensuring all daily activities are carried out efficiently                                          

-Support sales monitor AR and shipment tracking, coordination, provide trouble case shooting solution

-Other duties as assigned

Skills and experience:

-Import and Export experience in Logistics industry

-Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

-Ability to work in fast-paced team environment

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Organization skills
