  • Versatile Expertise: 5+ years in AI research and applications; degree not mandatory but a plus.
  • Innovative Application: Translates AI research into real-world solutions and stays updated with advancements.
  • Agile Collaboration: Comfortable working across distributed teams and time zones.
  • Effective Communication: Can communicate technical and non-technical ideas clearly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong programming and data processing skills, capable of deploying ML models into production.
