Your Role at Sephora:
As an Operations Leader, you'll oversee store operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will manage a dedicated team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed. This role is ideal for those passionate about retail operations and team support.
Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Order Fulfillment: Ensure accuracy and quality in order processing and customer service.
  
• Managing Inventory: Maintain optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy.
  
• Supervising Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and operational.
  
• Leading Sales and Promotional Events: Plan and execute sales initiatives and promotional activities.
  
• Loss Prevention: Implement strategies to minimize theft and ensure safety.
  
  Qualifications/Experience:
