moving forward. Job Description Sandisk is looking for a Senior
Manager, Regional Social Media Marketing & Community. We are
seeking a strategic and experienced, results-driven professional to
elevate our brand presence, immersive consumer engagement and drive
conversion/sales. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team
player and joins us with deep experience managing influencers at
scale and building communities that inspire brand love and
measurable business results. It blends strategic storytelling with
hands-on execution, ensuring our brand connects meaningfully with
consumers through authentic relationships and cohesive and
impactful activation of marketing strategies through social
channels. The position reports to the Senior Director, Regional
Integrated Marketing with a dotted line to the Director, Global
Social Media and partners deeply across the Consumer Business
working closely within the Regional Marketing Team, Events,
Campaign team and cross functionally with the Go-To-Market and
Sales teams and other functions across the company to drive
effective and efficient execution. Essential Duties &
Responsibilities: · Oversee planning, execution and optimization of
influencer initiatives in support of overarching brand and product
priorities, delivering on both cultural relevance and ROI. · Drive
cultural relevance XYZ for our brands while unlocking meaningful,
creator-powered revenue. · Building influencer programs that truly
convert to creating advocacy movements that spark community love
for our brands and products. · Cultivate meaningful creator and
advocate relationships that go beyond one-off partnerships to build
real brand love, loyalty and grow community. · Demonstrate a deep
understanding of regional consumer trends and cultural nuances and
adapt global programs accordingly. · Identify, recruit, and onboard
a diverse and passionate team influencers. You will ensure they are
fully trained on brand messaging, product knowledge, and
communication guidelines. · Foster and nurture long-term
relationships with ambassadors, serving as the central point of
contact. You will provide ongoing support, creative direction, and
motivation to optimize their performance. · Create memorable brand
moments that pushing boundaries and drive conversion. · Stay on top
of the platforms, tools and trends that shape the influencer
economy, consistently bringing fresh ideas, personalities, styles,
and formats to the mix. · Forecast, track, measure and report all
efforts for ongoing optimization and stay close to the data to
elevate opportunities as they arise. · Manage the program's budget,
negotiate partnership terms, and handle contracts and payment
processes for ambassadors. · Build, mentor, and inspire a
high-performing regional team, driving a results driven culture and
mentoring future leaders. · Serve as the voice of strategic vision,
best practices and education for your team to foster a creative and
collaborative environment for career growth and development. ·
Build strong relationships with peers and key business stakeholders
through continuous engagement. · Act as a leader representing the
marketing function within Sandisk’s Consumer Business.
Qualifications Required: · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business
or related field. · 10 years of experience in marketing, ideally
within a consumer product organization, or fast paced consumer
goods industry, with a focus on integrated campaign activation. ·
Demonstrable experience driving success in large, matrixed
organizations. · Experience managing, developing, and motivating a
team, and creating or promoting a consumer-centric culture. ·
Excellent analytical and commercial acumen with a track record of
making data-driven decisions. · Experience with omnichannel
marketing strategies and familiarity with localization strategies.
· Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder
management skills. · Proven track record of executing successful
marketing campaigns across multiple channels. · Strong
understanding of regional consumer behavior and landscape. ·
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and
retail activation strategies. · Experience working with global
brands and cross-cultural teams. · Multilingual capabilities or
experience working across diverse markets. Preferred: ·

personalized experiences. · Demonstrated leadership competencies
such as teamwork, creative problem solving, flexibility and
willingness to challenge the status quo. · Strong communication
skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate

the work alongside the team as required for flawless execution. ·

analytics skills with ability to synthesize complex data points
into simple, business-focused recommendations. · Experience
communicating with, and presenting to, executive level audience. ·
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, leadership and project
management skills. · Big picture thinker, skilled in navigating
ambiguity and ability to help teams navigate to move forward. ·
High organizational and emotional intelligence. · Comfortable with

Details An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be
based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant
education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2)
skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance,
contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6)
internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational
needs. The salary range is what we believe to be the range of
possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We
may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this
range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California,
Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in
California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in
the future. You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's
Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards
based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role
