full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Lead analytics initiatives to solve business
issues across multiple levels in the organization. Govern the
execution of initiatives while owning clear communication regarding
progress, risks, and impact. Measure the program’s risks and create
mitigations for those. Identify resourcing, prioritization, discuss
scope and timeline depending on blockers, risks and external
factors influencing the program. Design, implement and improve
processes and tools that will help automate and scale the analytics
team's work. Design metrics and create guidelines to ensure
standardization. Help develop and refine business analytics
strategy on specific programs, translate strategy into tangible
goals, initiatives, and metrics. Use investigative skills to
develop and scale metric proposals for high priority business
objectives. Develop clear and persuasive narrative and
communications to influence executive stakeholder audiences and the
organization at large.
