Job Description:
Farmers Insurance Group, a leading American insurer of

and dedicated Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our
vibrant team. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in
insurance products and sales acumen to directly contribute to our
growth by providing tailored insurance solutions to our new and
existing customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to
foster customer relationships and help secure the financial futures
of our clients through Farmers Insurance's diverse range of
products. Engage with potential new clients to introduce Farmers
Insurance products, emphasizing how our offerings surpass those of
our competitors. Assess the individual needs of existing and
prospective clients to ensure tailored policy coverage. Negotiate
and finalize the sales of varied insurance policies while adhering
to company guidelines and compliance with regulatory insurance
laws. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to
foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction. Reach or exceed targeted
sales goals and performance metrics. Stay informed of new products
and insurance trends to ensure delivery of up-to-date solutions.
Handle policy renewals and administer upgrades or changes to client
accounts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven
sales negotiation and closing abilities High level of
accountability and responsibility Proficiency in CRM software and
digital tools Ability to analyze statistical data to guide
decision-making Valid state-issued license for selling insurance
Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) certification
preferred but not required
