What you will do Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital
role you will be at the forefront of ground breaking research, our
Cardiometabolic Therapeutic Area team is dedicated to understanding
the complexities of disease biology and discovering novel
therapeutics. Youll collaborate with a team of world-class
scientists, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies to make a real
impact on patients' lives. As a Senior Scientist, you will: Design
and perform laboratory-based assays to deepen our understanding of
cardiometabolic disease biology Develop functional screening assays
and evaluate potential therapeutics to advance the pre-clinical
pipeline Organize and interpret data and present work to colleagues
and project teams Contribute to the identification and validation
of therapeutic targets Coordinate cross-functional efforts to
achieve project goals and drive project advancement What we expect

contributions to serve patients. We are seeking a highly motivated
scientist with excellent communication skills with the following
qualifications: Basic Qualifications: Doctorate Degree (PhD) or
Masters Degree with 3 years of experience or Bachelors Degree with
5 years of experience. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated
expertise in the molecular mechanisms underlying cardiovascular
disease biology. The successful candidate will have a strong record
of high-impact publications in this field. Extensive experience in
high-throughput cell-based and biochemical assays, including live
cell imaging and image processing, qPCR, ddPCR, Western Blot, MSD,
ELISA and flow-based expression analysis Hands-on expertise with
cell line engineering technologies, including CRISPR and
lentivirus, retrovirus-, or piggyBac-based stable cell line
generation Experience with high-throughput functional perturbation
approaches, including CRISPR-based or RNAi screens Experience with
single-cell transcriptomics or other omics data for disease
pathology and novel target identification What you can expect from

expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding
Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several
factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience,
